Welcome to Ariana Health ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, including a mobile application and web-based clinic ecosystem, designed to assist licensed medical professionals with clinical decision support, transcription, and electronic medical record (EMR) management.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, and safeguard information when healthcare providers ("Users," "you") and their staff use the Ariana Health platform.
In the context of patient data, the healthcare provider or clinic using Ariana Health acts as the Data Controller, and Ariana Health acts as the Data Processor. It is the legal and ethical responsibility of the healthcare provider to obtain appropriate consent from their patients before entering personal health information (PHI) or recording clinical encounters within our system.
A. Information Provided by Healthcare Providers
To operate the platform, we collect information directly from you, including:
Account & Clinic Data: Name, email address, PMDC registration numbers, clinic details, and billing information.
Patient Health Information (PHI): Medical histories, symptoms, vital signs, and diagnostic data entered manually or dictated into the platform by the healthcare provider during a clinical encounter.
B. Automatically Collected Information
To ensure the stability and security of our systems, we automatically collect:
Device information (hardware model, operating system).
Log data (IP addresses, access times, browser types).
Application usage statistics, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
Ariana Health utilizes advanced speech-to-text Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate rapid clinical documentation.
Ephemeral Processing: Audio data captured via the microphone is transmitted securely for real-time transcription.
No Audio Retention: The raw audio files are processed ephemerally and are immediately discarded. We do not permanently store your voice recordings on our servers.
No Base-Model Training: The transcription text and structured clinical JSON outputs are strictly sandboxed. Your clinical data and dictated medical records are never used to train public or third-party foundational AI models.
We use the collected information strictly to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Ariana Health mobile application and web ecosystem.
Generate structured digital prescriptions, differential diagnoses, and medical records.
Securely manage patient queues and clinic follow-up automations.
Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting.
Monitor system security and prevent unauthorized access.
We categorically do not sell personal or patient information.
We only share information with trusted, secure infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform. These third-party services include:
Secure cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Secure speech-to-text and AI processing APIs.
Analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase).
All third-party service providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from utilizing Ariana Health data for any purpose outside of delivering their specific infrastructural service.
Anonymized and Aggregated Data We reserve the right to strip all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) from the data collected through the platform to create de-identified, anonymized, and aggregated datasets. Once data is fully anonymized—meaning it can no longer be traced back to any individual patient, clinic, or healthcare provider—it is no longer considered personal data. We may use, license, or share this anonymized data with trusted academic institutions, public health organizations, pharmaceutical partners, or other third parties for the purposes of clinical research, epidemiological tracking, public health monitoring, and the commercial development of new medical technologies.
We implement robust, industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Sandboxing: Clinic environments are strictly isolated to prevent cross-contamination of patient records between different user accounts.
Limitation of Liability: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Ariana Health is a clinical decision-support and workflow automation tool. It is not a replacement for professional medical judgment.
The structured differentials, red flags, and investigational suggestions provided by the AI are for informational purposes only.
The licensed healthcare provider retains full and ultimate responsibility for all diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions issued to patients.
Healthcare providers maintain ownership of their clinic's EMR data. Depending on applicable laws, Users may request to:
Access, export, or correct inaccurate account or patient information.
Request the deletion of their account and associated data.
Note: Deletion requests regarding specific patient records may be subject to local medical record retention laws governing the healthcare provider.
